The Candidate must report loss or abuse/suspected misuse of his login codes directly to AME RAT. All damage and costs resulting from the use, unauthorized or otherwise, of login codes will be at the full risk and expense of the Candidate until the moment they are reported to AME RAT.
  • The AME RAT registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances such as rescheduling or cancellation of exam due to natural calamity.
  • Always use the exact details such as Student’s name, father’s name, etc. as per the Xth marksheet, XIIth marksheet, ID Proof, etc.
  • AME RAT may withdraw its offer of admission, or terminate the registration, if it is found that either a false or a misleading statement has been made or that significant information has either been omitted or withheld in a candidate’s application form.
  • It is your responsibility to review, contact and visit official websites of AME RAT, support team from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms.
  • The AME RAT admission counselling fees will be adjusted in the college fees. No claim on AME RAT admission counselling fees can be made after locking the seat of an institution. The admission counselling fees are non-refundable.
  • All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi, India only.
